1. Change of Trade Name

Documents Required:

Existing trade license copy
Passport copy of all partners
Emirate ID copies (if applicable)
Trade name reservation certificate
MOA amendment (if name appears in MOA)

2. Add / Remove Business Activities

Documents Required:

Existing trade license.
MOA amendment (if activity change affects business structure)
Approvals from relevant authorities (for regulated activities – e.g., RTA, DHA, KHDA, SIRA, Food Safety, etc.)
Passport & EID copies of partners

3. Change of Business Location (New Ejari)

Documents Required:

Existing trade license.
New Ejari tenancy contract
Location map / building number details
MOA amendment (if required)
Passport & EID copies of partners

4. Change of Partner / Share Transfer

Documents Required:

Passport & EID copies of incoming & exiting partners
Existing trade license
MOA amendment + Share Transfer document
Notarized resolutions (if LLC)
