🔹 Stage 1: Liquidation Initiation

Prepare notarised minutes of the general assembly confirming the company’s liquidation and appointing a registered liquidator.
Obtain an official acceptance letter from the appointed liquidator.
Submit the cancellation request through DED or any authorised service channel.
DED will issue a Liquidation Certificate.
Publish the liquidation announcement in two local newspapers.
Creditors are given a 45-day notice period from the date of publication to submit any claims.

🔹 Stage 2: Final Cancellation

After the 45-day period, submit a declaration letter from the liquidator and all partners confirming that no objections were received.
Obtain any required external approvals from concerned government departments.
Cancel the company’s labour file and establishment card with the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation.
Cancel all residence visas of foreign partners or employees under the company at the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs.
Submit all documents to DED for final cancellation approval.
DED will calculate and issue the final fees.
After payment, you will receive the official Certificate of Deregistration (Cancellation).
